How to Keep Track of Your PRs
With this app you can easily keep track of the PRs that you need to review and, if you want, you can add the public_repo scope permissions to it, so you won't need to create a new token.
Once you are in the app, there are two different ways you can track the PRs:
PRs already open in your browserPRs still waiting for your approval
The first one is useful if you want to follow a specific project but you don't want to create another account, and the other one, if you have multiple projects and need to keep an eye on the number of PRs for each one.
